Job Description

Northern Light Mayo Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dedicated anesthesia care team in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and independent anesthesia care for a range of surgical cases in a critical access hospital environment.
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and formulate individualized anesthesia plans for patients of varying acuity.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Participate in limited call rotations to ensure 24/7 anesthesia coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000 annually
• Paid Time Off: 13 weeks per year
• Call Schedule: 1:4 weekday and weekend call with additional pay opportunities

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Maine license
• 2–5 years of CRNA clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality anesthesia care
