Job Description

Covenant Anesthesia Group is seeking full-time CRNAs to join its established, physician-led anesthesia teams serving Parkwest Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, or Methodist Medical Center. Providers may choose their preferred facility and will work exclusively at that site with no travel between hospitals required. These W-2 positions offer a broad clinical scope in an ACT model with readily available anesthesiologist support, allowing CRNAs to practice confidently while maintaining strong work-life balance in East Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Practice within an ACT supervision model with MD support as needed
• Participate in perioperative care in OR, procedural, and specialty suites
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 compensation range of $190,000 to $300,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Eligibility for Tennessee licensure
• Ability to practice in a high-volume hospital setting
• Comfort working in a supervised ACT care model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital-employed position
• Infrequent first and second call with guaranteed post-call day off
• All case types except transplants (pediatrics limited by site)
• No requirement to float between facilities
