Job Description

Jefferson Healthcare, a nationally recognized critical access hospital located in beautiful Port Townsend, Washington, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team. This full-time W-2 position offers top-tier compensation, premium benefits, and an exceptional work-life balance within one of the most scenic regions in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, OBGYN, urology, dermatology, endoscopy, and plastics/hand procedures.
Administer general and regional anesthesia with proficiency in nerve blocks.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other anesthesia professionals in a cohesive, team-based environment.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Jefferson Healthcare’s patient safety and quality standards.

Compensation & Schedule

Base Salary: $308,160 per year
Incentives: $15,000 annual quality bonus (total potential: $323,160)
Premium Pay: $1,712 per shift for extra work beyond 180 shifts
Schedule: 10-hour shifts; no routine weekend or overnight work

Job Requirements

Current Washington State CRNA license (or eligibility)
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
Proficiency in general, regional, and nerve block anesthesia techniques
Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration in a multidisciplinary setting
