Job Description

A well-established private practice anesthesia group is hiring CRNAs at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical cases (no hearts; OB optional)
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical staff in a collegial team environment
• Maintain high standards for patient care and safety

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $250,000–$260,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 6–8 weeks of vacation (based on tenure)
• Per diem weekend rate: $170/hour
• Multiple per diem shifts available
• Full benefits package (W-2)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification and New Jersey license (or eligibility)
• New graduates welcome to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• Choice of shifts: 4x10s (7 AM–5 PM), 3x13s (7 AM–8 PM), or 3x12s (10 AM–10 PM)
• No first or second call required
• Work in a supportive and skill-building private practice environment
