Job Description

A well-established private anesthesia group at Jersey Shore University Medical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their collaborative and experienced team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling options, a generous sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package — all in a desirable coastal New Jersey location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical specialties in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other members of the perioperative team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans and monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Option to include OB cases if desired (not required).
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, precision, and patient care excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $250,000–$280,000 based on experience.
• $50,000 sign-on bonus.
• 6 weeks of vacation to start, increasing to 8 weeks with tenure.
• Weekend per diem rate: $170/hour.
• Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, retirement, CME).
• Multiple per diem and flexible scheduling options available.

Schedule & Shift Options

• 4×10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 3×13-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• 3×12-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
• 2.5×16-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
• No required first call responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Current or eligible New Jersey state license.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to perform across a variety of cases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
