Job Description

UPMC Lititz is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our anesthesia team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases, including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, OB, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and GI procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Utilize advanced technology, including EPIC EMR
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care for a diverse patient population

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation between $230,000 and $340,000
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania CRNA license
• Valid federal and state narcotics certificates
• Comfortable with a wide range of cases
