Job Description
Full-time W-2 CRNA position at Watts Plastic Surgery in Vineland, New Jersey. This cosmetic and plastics-focused ASC role offers independent practice in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a two-week rotation. The position is ideal for a CRNA who wants to grow independent practice, technical, and leadership skills while working at the full scope of licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for plastics and cosmetic surgical procedures
- Complete thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses throughout procedures to ensure safety
- Manage airways using advanced airway management techniques
- Document all medical and anesthesia-related information accurately (paper charting)
- Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to optimize patient care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and support a culture of safety
- Review safety equipment and make recommendations related to emergency procedures, equipment testing, and policy updates
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation: $190,000 – $200,000 (W-2)
- Base W-2 structure listed as approximately $195,000 per employment year
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
- Occurrence malpractice insurance included at no cost to CRNA (approx. $1M / $3M limits)
Job Requirements
- Current New Jersey RN/CRNA licensure
- Current DEA and CDS licenses
- Current NBCRNA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Independent practice experience required (CRNA-only, no supervision)
- Proficiency in injections and medication administration
- Strong skills in monitoring and assessing vital signs
- Familiarity with medical documentation and paper charting
- Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- Monday–Friday availability required
- Two-week rotation schedule
- Cosmetic and plastics ambulatory surgery center setting
- On-site work location
- No call, no first or second call responsibilities
