Atlantic Ambulatory Anesthesia Associates is seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team providing outpatient anesthesia services at multiple ambulatory surgery centers across Shrewsbury, Toms River, Freehold, Neptune, and South Amboy, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures
• Work within a team-oriented environment focused on patient care and safety
• Perform pre-operative assessments and provide post-anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $260,000 – $320,000
• Compensation package valued at $315,000
• W-2 employee status
• Part-time opportunities also available

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active New Jersey state license
• Outpatient anesthesia experience preferred but not required
• Commitment to quality care and a collaborative team environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends or holidays
• Average workweek is under 40 hours
• 5×10-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts available
• Outpatient surgery centers (ASC) setting
