Job Description

Valley Regional Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia care team at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This independent practice position offers outstanding compensation, a stable schedule, and the opportunity to work with a supportive, long-standing group in a scenic desert-lake community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia services for surgical procedures including orthopedic, general, gynecology, plastics, urology, GI, pain management, OB, and ophthalmology.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia independently and monitor patient care throughout the perioperative process.
• Ensure safe emergence and effective postoperative pain management.
• Collaborate with the surgical and nursing teams to maintain smooth case flow and optimal outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual 1099 income: $400,000–$450,000
• Based on 42 weeks of service (40 hours per week)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to work independently in a full-scope anesthesia practice
• Proficiency across multiple case types, including OB and regional anesthesia
• Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position (40 hours/week, 42 weeks/year)
• Independent CRNA model
• Level III Trauma Center
• PRN options available
• No first call required
