Anniston RMC is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a stable, experienced anesthesia team in Anniston, Alabama. This position is ideal for CRNAs looking for a predictable weekday schedule with excellent work-life balance. The role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with 10-hour shifts, no call, no weekends, and no holidays, making it an attractive long-term opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates.

The base salary starts at $210,000 with earning potential up to $220,000, along with a generous $75,000 sign-on bonus tied to a three-year contract. The team emphasizes efficiency and collaboration, allowing for early finishes when cases allow and overtime opportunities when desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a full-time hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $210,000 base salary with potential increases
