Job Description

This full-time opportunity with a stable and cohesive private practice at Beebe Medical Center offers an outstanding lifestyle-focused schedule. CRNAs enjoy no call, no overnight shifts, and only one 8-hour weekend shift per month in a supportive hospital and surgical center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases in both hospital and surgery center settings
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop safe anesthesia plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout procedures
• Manage safe postoperative transitions and patient recovery
• Work collaboratively with a cohesive anesthesia care team

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary starting at $250,000
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• No overnight call or backup call
• One 8-hour weekend shift per month (8am–4pm)

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Delaware licensure or eligibility
• Ability to work independently within a collegial team
• Comfort with a broad case mix excluding cardiac
