Job Description

This non-call CRNA position in Baton Rouge offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The role supports Advanced Surgical Care with a focus on outpatient surgical anesthesia in a collaborative and predictable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and recovery
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $220,000
• $10,000 annual retention bonus
• 260 hours of paid time off annually
• Up to $1,500 annual CEU stipend
• 401(k) with 6% employer match
• 2% profit share

• Overtime available after 40 hours

Job Requirements

• Active Louisiana CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• Current NBCRNA certification
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and independent practice skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday schedule
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
