DE Full Time Group No Call W-2

We are hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a W-2, non-call position based in Newark, Delaware. This opportunity is designed for CRNAs seeking predictable scheduling, guaranteed hours, and a broad clinical scope within a large, established private practice anesthesia group. Salary is experience-based, with structured advancement and a significant sign-on incentive tied to a two-year commitment.

Compensation Structure

• Base salary starting at $240,000 for new graduates
• Experienced CRNAs eligible for base salaries up to $265,000
• $60,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
• W-2 employment with full benefits
• Premium and incentive shifts available at select sites
• Modified compensation option available (pay in lieu of benefits)

Schedule & Work Model

• No call responsibilities
• No weekend shifts
• Guaranteed hours
• Multiple shift options: 4, 8, 10, 12, and 13-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Clinical Practice Scope

• Diverse anesthesia case mix including:
• General surgery and orthopedics
• Trauma and emergency cases
• Neurosurgery and bariatric procedures
• Plastics, ENT, urology
• Labor and delivery coverage
• Opportunities for regional anesthesia participation
• 100% medically directed care team model

Practice Environment

• Largest private practice anesthesia group in Delaware

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Active or eligible Delaware CRNA license
• Current NBCRNA certification (or in examination process)
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
