Job Description

Full-time CRNA opportunities available in Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan communities. Join a leading health system offering competitive pay, generous sign-on, diverse cases, and excellent work-life balance. Open to full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services across a wide variety of specialties, including general, ortho, ENT, neuro, thoracic, vascular, and OB/GYN
  • Participate in care delivery across trauma, ambulatory surgery, and community hospital sites
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and a team of CRNAs in a supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $275,000
  • $100,000 starting bonus for a 3-year commitment
  • Additional income opportunities for call and extra shifts
  • Relocation allowance up to $12,000
  • $5,000 referral bonus for each full-time CRNA recruited
  • CME allowance of $2,500 annually (rolls over up to $5,000)

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • NBCRNA certification
  • Minimum of one year acute care RN experience (ICU or ER)
  • Current Michigan RN and CRNA license (or eligibility)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shift options
  • Call ratio approximately 1:7 with additional earning potential
  • Positions available across hospitals and outpatient centers in West Michigan
