Job Description

Indiana Regional Medical Center (IRMC) is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team in Indiana, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide anesthesia services across a range of elective and emergent procedures within a collaborative hospital environment dedicated to quality patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients of all ages, including neonatal through geriatric populations.
  • Administer anesthesia for both elective and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, management, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and efficient patient outcomes.
  • Participate in required in-house call rotation and maintain readiness for emergent cases.
  • Perform clinical duties in accordance with the IRMC CRNA Clinical Activity List and established hospital protocols.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Employment Type: Full-time, W-2
  • Call Schedule: Every fourteenth night first call; infrequent second call
  • Day Off After First Call: Always
  • Start Date: Immediate

Job Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNA licenses
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Proficiency in managing anesthesia for diverse surgical cases and age groups
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment skills
