Job Description
Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collegial, independent practice team. This role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, with a supportive and experienced group in a small community hospital setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across diverse cases: general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN (no high-risk OB), urology, ophthalmology, dental, podiatry, ENT, spinal, and robotic surgery
- Deliver safe, independent anesthesia care in 5 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms
- Participate in shared call rotation with the anesthesia team
Compensation & Benefits
- Minimum salary: $220,000, with unlimited earning potential
- Seven weeks of vacation
- CME allowance

- Full-time hospital-employed W-2 position
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Michigan CRNA license
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes for emergency cases while on call
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule with shared call rotation
- First call: every seventh night
- Second call: infrequent
- Post-call days off occur frequently but are not guaranteed
- Team size: eight providers when fully staffed
- Immediate start date available
