Job Description

Join a respected physician-led anesthesia group serving the Youngstown, Ohio region. This full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ranging from $235,000 to $354,000+, and a generous $50,000 sign-on bonus. The position provides exposure to a wide variety of high-acuity cases while maintaining a strong emphasis on work-life balance and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad case mix, including OB (high-risk deliveries), pediatrics, neurosurgery, vascular, trauma, orthopedics, and complex general surgery.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments, administer anesthesia, and manage patient recovery in both scheduled and emergent situations.
• Perform regional blocks, airway management, and resuscitation as needed in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.
• Engage in quality improvement, documentation, and professional mentorship initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $235,000–$354,000+ annually (40–54 hours per week)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Employment Type: W-2 or 1099 options available
• Vacation: 6–10 weeks (based on tenure)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• NBCRNA certification and Ohio state license (or eligibility)
• Strong decision-making, communication, and adaptability skills
