Job Description

Atrium Health, the leading community-focused academic healthcare system serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our diverse team. With multiple urban, suburban, and rural facilities across the Greater Charlotte Area, CRNAs will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing anesthesia care for a wide range of cases.

Schedule & Facilities

  • 12 Facilities in the Greater Charlotte Area:
    • Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) – 874-bed tertiary, research, and academic medical center with 34 ORs
    • Atrium Health-Mercy – 235-bed facility with 17 ORs, specializing in orthopedics, bariatrics, and general surgery
    • Atrium Health-Pineville – 307-bed facility with 12 ORs, performing cardiac, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, and orthopedic procedures
    • Atrium Health-Cabarrus – 457-bed acute care facility with 19 ORs handling over 18,000 cases annually
    • Atrium Health-Union – 182-bed facility with a mix of general, orthopedic, urology, and vascular cases
    • Additional locations including Atrium Health-Stanly, Atrium Health-Kings Mountain, Atrium Health-Lincoln, and Atrium Health-Lake Norman (Opening Summer 2025)

Candidate Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia
  • Active NC RN and CRNA licensure
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from the AHA
