Job Description

This full-time CRNA opportunity in the Clarksburg, West Virginia region offers an exceptional blend of clinical autonomy, top-tier compensation, and remarkable work-life balance. The position includes a broad bread-and-butter caseload with a primary focus on general surgery and orthopedics, plus fewer than 200 OB cases annually. Providers typically manage two operating rooms per day in a well-supported and collegial practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, and a mix of routine surgical cases
• Perform regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks as preferred by the practice
• Deliver safe anesthetic care across two ORs daily
• Participate in a manageable call schedule with low callback frequency
• Collaborate with an experienced anesthesia team while maintaining strong clinical independence

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 earning potential exceeding $425,000 annually
• Optional W-2 model with $350,000 base salary and full benefits package
• Seventeen weeks of paid time off each year
• Paid overtime opportunities

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Regional anesthesia and block proficiency strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with a broad bread-and-butter case mix
• Comfortable in a low-volume OB environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role with 17 weeks off annually
• Two ORs per day with steady, manageable caseload
• Call required but minimal callbacks
