MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a growing, well-resourced anesthesia team within WMC Advanced Physician Services. This is a definite, immediate-opening opportunity offering excellent compensation, a substantial sign-on and retention bonus, and a no-call schedule in a modern academic medical center environment.

This position is offered as a W-2 hospital-employed role with day shifts and no first-call or second-call responsibilities, making it highly attractive for CRNAs seeking predictable schedules and strong work–life balance. Compensation is highly competitive, with base salaries starting around $270,000 for new graduates and increasing up to approximately $350,000 annually for experienced providers. Hourly rates range from roughly $130 to $144 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and evening differentials to further enhance earnings.

MidHudson Regional Hospital is a 243-bed facility and the most advanced healthcare center in the Mid-Hudson Valley. The hospital performs more than 23,000 surgeries and procedures each year and supports a wide-ranging case mix across trauma, cancer care, neurosciences, emergency medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, and critical care. As the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, the facility offers CRNAs exposure to complex and rewarding clinical cases while maintaining strong team-based support.

CRNAs work in both hospital and ambulatory settings using state-of-the-art operating rooms and equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural services
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, team-based anesthesia care model
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia in hospital and ambulatory settings
• Participate in teaching or mentoring within the CRNA training program, if desired
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Job Requirements
