Duncan Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its private practice at Duncan Regional in Duncan, Oklahoma. This is an immediate-hire opportunity with a clear partnership track available after one year. The role offers a strong base salary with additional earning potential tied to production, comprehensive benefits, and a broad, engaging case mix—without cardiac or intracranial cases.
Practice Environment
This is an independent CRNA practice with no medical direction, serving a single hospital under an exclusive contract. The group is recruiting due to the retirement of a long-tenured partner, offering stability, continuity, and a true ownership pathway. The environment is collegial and supportive, with teaching available for regional techniques as needed.
Case Mix & Anesthesia Scope
- General surgery
- Orthopedic anesthesia
- Gynecology and obstetrics
- ENT and endoscopy
- Cath lab and interventional radiology
- Pain procedures
- Minimal vascular cases
- No cardiac or neurosurgical cases
Schedule & Workload
- Full-time position
- 1:7 first-call rotation
- Second-call frequency varies
- Post-call day off provided sometimes
- Single-hospital coverage
Clinical Responsibilities
- Independent provision of anesthesia care
- Performance of regional nerve blocks (training available)
- Administration of spinals and epidurals
- Preoperative evaluation and anesthesia planning
- Intraoperative management and postoperative handoff
Compensation & Employment Structure
- Employment model: W-2
- Base salary: $425,000
- Additional earning potential with production at partnership
- Partnership available after one year
