Job Description

Essentia Health–Fargo is hiring a full-time CRNA to join a large, highly skilled anesthesia team within a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This position offers a robust clinical mix, competitive compensation up to $350,000, and an $80,000 bonus package. New graduates are fully welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care across 13 ORs and multiple procedural areas including Endoscopy, IR, Cath Lab, Radiology, and OB
• Provide full-scope anesthesia care in a trauma and high-acuity hospital environment
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage intraoperative patient monitoring and adjust anesthesia as needed
• Participate in call, weekend rotations, and limited holiday coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• $290,000–$350,000 annual income potential

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Eligible or active CRNA licensure
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NBCRNA certification (new grads may apply and must certify within 12 months)
• Ability to meet Essentia Health credentialing requirements

Schedule & Work Environment

• Level II Trauma Center & Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Call required; frequency varies
• Weekend and limited holiday rotations
• FIRST and SECOND call frequency varies
