Job Description

Battle Born Anesthesia is seeking a full-time CRNA to join the anesthesia team at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona. This role offers a stable schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive care team model focused on high-quality patient care across a diverse but manageable case mix.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services within a care team model alongside physicians and fellow CRNAs
  • Manage general anesthesia cases, light OB, and endoscopy procedures
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across assigned service lines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual compensation range of $300,000–$350,000
  • 1099 independent contractor position
  • Predictable schedule with no first-call requirement

Job Requirements

  • Active CRNA certification
  • Comfort working within a care team anesthesia model
  • Ability to manage general and light OB cases
  • Eligible for licensure in Arizona

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • No first-call responsibilities
  • Second-call schedule negotiable
  • Supportive, collaborative anesthesia team environment
