Job Description

NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, Illinois. This is an exceptional quality-of-life opportunity with no call, no add-ons, and consistent weekday scheduling where days often end early.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for scheduled surgical and procedural cases
  • Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care in a supportive environment
  • Collaborate closely with surgical and perioperative teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top of Market Base Salary: $320K – $340K
  • $90K Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitment
