Job Description
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Pennsylvania Eye and Ear Surgery Center in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. This is an outstanding quality-of-life opportunity in a modern outpatient surgery center with predictable weekday hours and no call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for scheduled outpatient surgical cases
- Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-focused anesthesia care
- Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff in a streamlined ASC setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Top of Market Base Salary: $240K+
- Incentives, Stipends & Generous Sign-On Bonus
