Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, orthopedics, endoscopy, obstetrics, and podiatry
• Perform epidurals, spinals, and pain management cases (training available for peripheral blocks)
• Participate in 1:3 call rotation with rare callbacks after hours
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care independently as part of an all-CRNA model

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $260,000 – $280,000 (W-2)
• Independent practice with full autonomy
• 1:3 call schedule with limited after-hours requirements
• Slower-paced environment with shorter workdays
• Opportunities to expand clinical skill set (blocks and regional anesthesia)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Epidural and spinal anesthesia experience preferred (training available)
• Current Mississippi RN and CRNA licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 1:3 call rotation
• Low callback rates and shorter daily caseloads
