Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is seeking an experienced CRNA to join its anesthesia team as a full-time 1099 independent contractor. This opportunity offers true work–life balance with a schedule of three weeks on followed by one week off, totaling 39 working weeks per year. CRNAs enjoy full autonomy in practice, including OB services, along with a post-call day off. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia care in an independent practice model
• Deliver OB anesthesia services; OB experience required
• Perform preoperative evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage anesthesia intraoperatively and oversee safe postoperative recovery
• Participate in first-call rotation every fourth night with post-call day off

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earnings: $300,000 as a 1099 contractor
• Paid for 39 weeks of work per year

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active Georgia CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• OB anesthesia experience required
• Ability to practice independently
