Job Description

A critical access hospital in Sheldon, Iowa is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an independent practice role offering exceptional work–life balance and strong earning potential. This position follows a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, allowing CRNAs to enjoy 26 weeks off per year while maintaining a competitive annual income. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across surgical and procedural services
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $250,000–$280,000 based on experience
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
• W-2 employment with comprehensive benefits
• 26 weeks off annually with a 7-on / 7-off schedule
