Job Description

Advanced Anesthesia Services (AAS) is hiring a full-time CRNA to join a 100% independent practice in the greater Seattle area. Enjoy an outpatient-focused caseload with no medical direction, no call, and unmatched lifestyle flexibility. Choose between stable W-2 employment or a high-paying 1099 contractor model.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope anesthesia independently in outpatient ASC settings
• Manage cases including GI, ENT, plastics, ortho, spine, and podiatry
• Option for regional anesthesia and healthy peds cases
• Collaborate within a supportive, CRNA-led culture

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2: $280,000–$310,000 annually (based on experience)
• 1099: $180–$200/hr with flexible schedules
• Up to $40,000 sign-on bonus (based on commitment length)
• Relocation assistance available
• W-2 includes: 6+ weeks PTO, holidays, premium health/vision/dental, 401(k) w/ match, CME leave + allowance, profit sharing, and malpractice coverage

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification – required
• Washington CRNA license – or eligibility
• Experience with outpatient cases and regional techniques preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Typical 4-day weeks, Monday–Friday only
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Option to pick up additional shifts or fertility cases
• Home by dinner every day
