Independent CRNA Opportunity – Coastal Washington

Job Description

This full-time CRNA role in a coastal Washington community offers full independent practice, strong clinical autonomy, and an outstanding work–life balance. Work four 10-hour shifts each week in a scenic area near Seattle, Vancouver, and Victoria. This position includes regionals and a diverse surgical case mix within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a wide range of specialties
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and post-anesthesia recovery oversight
• Manage anesthesia plans for general surgery, OBGYN, C-sections, urology, orthopedics, dermatology, plastics/hand, and endoscopy
• Ensure patient safety and communicate effectively with the care team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $300,000–$330,000+
• 4-day work week (4×10-hour shifts)

Job Requirements

• CRNA licensure eligible in Washington
• Comfort with independent practice
• Ability to perform regional anesthesia
• Experience across a varied case mix preferred
