Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope anesthesia services as the solo CRNA on-site
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Administer, manage, and monitor anesthesia care throughout procedures
• Respond to emergent situations and manage patient airway needs
• Oversee postoperative recovery and ensure continuity of care
• Participate in nightly call coverage during assigned work weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $320,000
• $40,000 bonus
• 26-week per year schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligibility for North Dakota licensure
• Comfort practicing independently
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a wide range of cases
• Willingness to take first call nightly during work weeks
