This independent CRNA position in Western Louisiana offers a rare blend of autonomy, schedule freedom, and strong earning potential. Work only 35 weeks per year while maintaining year-round income between $310,000 and $370,000. This CRNA-only model supports full practice authority across a wide and manageable case mix, with a predictable weekday schedule and evenly shared call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia independently across a range of routine surgical cases
• Participate in shared call with a team of three CRNAs
• Manage preoperative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia, and postoperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation and safe clinical practice standards
• Support a collaborative and stable anesthesia environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual income range: $310,000–$370,000 (1099)
• Work only 35 weeks per year
• Optional additional work available to increase earnings
• Autonomous CRNA-only practice model

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA licensure and ability to practice independently
• Comfort with bread-and-butter cases and some OB/GYN
• Ability to take shared call
• Strong clinical judgment and autonomous practice experience preferred

• Full-time independent contractor (1099)
• Work 35 weeks per year
• Infrequent first call
• No second call
• CRNA-only team of three providers
