Job Description

UnityPoint Health – Trinity in Rock Island, Illinois is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a strong, well-established anesthesia group serving the Quad Cities region. This opportunity offers a high level of professional stability, no call, and 10 weeks off annually. CRNAs may choose to practice independently as a 1099 contractor or inquire about a W-2 employed option, depending on their preferred work model. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
• Oversee safe post-anesthesia recovery and transition of care
• Collaborate with a stable and experienced CRNA and physician team

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $375,000
• No call requirement
• 10 weeks off per year
• Choice of 1099 independent contractor or optional W-2 structure

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• NBCRNA certification
• Active Illinois CRNA license or eligibility
• Ability to practice independently and collaboratively
• Strong clinical skills across general anesthesia care
