Job Description
UnityPoint Health – Trinity in Rock Island, Illinois is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a strong, well-established anesthesia group serving the Quad Cities region. This opportunity offers a high level of professional stability, no call, and 10 weeks off annually. CRNAs may choose to practice independently as a 1099 contractor or inquire about a W-2 employed option, depending on their preferred work model. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-scope anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
- Administer and manage anesthesia throughout surgical procedures
- Oversee safe post-anesthesia recovery and transition of care
- Collaborate with a stable and experienced CRNA and physician team
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation: $375,000
- No call requirement
- 10 weeks off per year
- Choice of 1099 independent contractor or optional W-2 structure

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Illinois CRNA license or eligibility
- Ability to practice independently and collaboratively
- Strong clinical skills across general anesthesia care
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule with no call
- 10 weeks of scheduled time off annually
- Flexible employment model (1099 or W-2)
