NorthStar Anesthesia is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for OB, Orthopedic, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Endoscopy, Plastics, Gynecology, Vascular, Podiatry, and Urology cases
• Participate in spinal and epidural anesthesia opportunities
• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care within a collaborative care team model
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to patient safety protocols

Compensation & Benefits

• Top-of-market base salary: $300,000
• $90,000 sign-on bonus
• $12,500 annual stipend
• 7 weeks of paid time off

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for Virginia licensure
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time evening-focused role
• Unique schedule structure
• Rotation includes one week of day shift (schedule flexibility available)
• No cardiac cases
• No trauma cases
