NorthStar Anesthesia is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Inova Franconia Springfield Surgery Center in Alexandria, Virginia.

This position supports NorthStar Anesthesia’s continued national growth and offers CRNAs the opportunity to practice in a stable, well-supported ambulatory surgery center environment while delivering high-quality anesthesia care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for GI, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and ENT procedures
• Deliver efficient, patient-centered anesthesia services in an ASC setting
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established patient safety standards

• Top-of-market salary starting at $220,000+
• $45,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
