Job Description

Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a strong, collegial anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases in a collaborative hospital setting.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia safely and efficiently while monitoring patient responses throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document all aspects of anesthesia delivery according to facility policies and standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual income: $300,000–$330,000 (1099 contractor position).
• Four-day workweek with the fifth weekday off.
• Seven weeks of paid vacation per year.
• Overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week.
• No call, no weekends, and no holiday shifts.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required.
• Current Oklahoma RN and APRN licenses (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable handling general anesthesia cases (no cardiac, neuro, or major trauma).

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with a 4-day workweek.
• No call, weekends, or major trauma cases.
• Collaborative team of 5 anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs.
