This full-time CRNA role in Iowa offers a competitive $265,000 base salary, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and the option to earn additional income. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
- Support regional anesthesia procedures; training available if needed
- Perform perioperative assessments and manage patient care throughout anesthesia
- Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff in a team-focused environment
- Optional opportunity to teach CRNA students
Compensation & Benefits
- $265,000 base salary

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn or perform regional anesthesia
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Every SEVENTH night first call
- Post-call days off usually provided
- Second call negotiable
- Case mix includes bread and butter, hearts (training available), neuro, trauma, ortho, GI, cataracts, limited pediatrics, OB support, cath lab, and ED
