Job Description

This full-time CRNA role in Iowa offers a competitive $265,000 base salary, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and the option to earn additional income. The position includes a broad clinical scope, opportunities to learn regional anesthesia techniques, and the ability to teach CRNA students if desired. The area provides excellent outdoor recreation, including extensive biking trails, golfing, and seasonal activities. New graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties
• Support regional anesthesia procedures; training available if needed
• Perform perioperative assessments and manage patient care throughout anesthesia
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff in a team-focused environment
• Optional opportunity to teach CRNA students

Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to learn or perform regional anesthesia
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Every SEVENTH night first call
• Post-call days off usually provided
• Second call negotiable
• Case mix includes bread and butter, hearts (training available), neuro, trauma, ortho, GI, cataracts, limited pediatrics, OB support, cath lab, and ED
