Job Description

Q Medical Management is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an independent, CRNA-only practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a high level of autonomy, a supportive work environment, and consistent compensation with an 8-hour daily guarantee.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for podiatry, spine, and some vascular procedures
• Work independently in a CRNA-only model
• Perform and manage anesthesia plans from pre-op through post-op
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
• Optional training available for peripheral nerve blocks

Compensation & Benefits

• $215 per hour
• 8-hour daily guarantee
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Training provided for peripheral nerve blocks (if needed)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility
• Ability to work independently in a high-autonomy environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
