Job Description

Full-time academic CRNA opportunity at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), offering a collaborative environment, high-acuity cases, and a strong focus on teaching, mentorship, and professional development. No call, weekends, or holidays required unless voluntarily chosen.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia across OHSU’s main hospital (26 ORs), Center for Health & Healing ASC (15 ORs), Casey Eye Institute (4 ORs), and non-OR sites
• Participate in clinical education and training of learners
• Deliver anesthesia care for diverse, complex surgical specialties
• Maintain accurate documentation within OHSU’s EMR systems
• Support OHSU’s mission in patient care, teaching, research, and service

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current Oregon CRNA licensure in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to manage high-acuity and complex cases
• Strong communication skills and professional integrity
• Commitment to academic practice, training, and continuous improvement

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time and part-time schedules available
• No mandatory call
• Academic faculty appointment within the School of Medicine
• Practice across multiple OHSU facilities on a scenic campus
