Job Description

A nationally recognized Level I Pediatric Trauma Center in the Minneapolis area is seeking full-time or part-time Pediatric CRNAs to join a highly skilled and collaborative anesthesia team. This role offers exceptional work-life balance with no call, 8+ weeks off, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and a newly increased salary range. CRNAs will work exclusively with pediatric patients across a broad spectrum of complex surgical specialties in one of the top children’s hospitals in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients across cardiac, neuro, trauma, neonatal, and other complex specialties
  • Work collaboratively with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams
  • Participate in a fully pediatric-focused anesthesia practice
  • Perform preoperative evaluations and develop patient-specific anesthesia plans
  • Manage intraoperative anesthesia and monitor pediatric patients throughout procedures

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Active or eligible CRNA licensure
  • NBCRNA certification or eligibility
  • Interest or experience in pediatric anesthesia (new graduates welcome)
