Job Description

Wave Health Partners is urgently seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens coverage in Southern Washington. One CRNA is needed to start ASAP, with another position beginning September 15. This Level III trauma center offers a medically supervised care team model and a diverse case mix. Flexible day and night shift options are available with no call required.

This assignment is ideal for CRNAs looking to work in a dynamic hospital environment with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a scenic Pacific Northwest location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care within a medically supervised care team
• Support a wide range of procedures including general surgery, OB, endoscopy, ENT, ortho, GYN, urology, and robotic
• Work collaboratively with physicians and surgical staff to ensure safe, effective care

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Washington license or IMLC compact eligibility
• NBCRNA certified
• ACLS and PALS required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens assignment
• Day shifts: 3x12s or 4x10s
• Night shifts: 12-hour shifts, 3–5 nights/week
• No call required
• Level III trauma center using EPIC EMR
