Job Description

Inductience PC is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support staffing needs at UConn Health Center, a 234-bed teaching hospital in Farmington, Connecticut. This is an exciting locum tenens opportunity to work in one of Connecticut’s newest hospital facilities, providing anesthesia care for a diverse case mix in a state-of-the-art setting. Weekday coverage is the primary need, with a strong preference for local candidates who can provide consistent availability.

Inductience PC is a clinician-owned and operated organization that provides a supportive environment tailored to the needs of anesthesia professionals. With nearly 60 physician anesthesiologist and CRNA team members covering approximately 25 clinical sites across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, Inductience offers a unique and clinician-focused work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $200 per hour ($1,600 per day)
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
• Travel cost support for clinicians living more than 50 miles from the hospital

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Connecticut state license (or eligibility)
• Comfortable with a variety of cases
• Preference for local candidates with regular availability

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens assignment through December 2025
• Weekday coverage (Monday – Friday)
• Case types: General, orthopedic, urology, ENT, and more
• State-of-the-art facility with a supportive and experienced team
