Job Description

Potomac Anesthesia Associates, a thriving private practice serving multiple ASCs from Silver Spring to Frederick, is seeking a locum CRNA to join their expanding team. This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with no call, no weekends, and a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for GI, GYN, Urology, General Surgery, and healthy pediatric cases
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams across several ASC locations
• Support efficient case flow within a busy outpatient environment

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor
• $1,800 per day or $220 per hour
• Monday–Friday, preference for 4–5 days per week
• No call, no weekends

Job Requirements

• Active Maryland CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Experience with B&B outpatient cases
• Ability to work independently across multiple ASC locations
• Immediate availability preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Weekday schedule only
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Rotation across outpatient centers from Silver Spring to Frederick
• Fast-paced, efficient ASC workflow
