Program Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.

Ohio RN licensure is required prior to starting the program.

A minimum of 2 years experience (within the last 5 years) in a critical care area is required prior to matriculation.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a minimum math/science GPA of 3.0.

GRE with preference given to those who receive a combined quantitative and verbal score of 1000 and a score greater than 3.5 on the analytical writing section.

Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).

Course Prereqs: College Algebra, Statistics, Microbiology, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology.

Complete a minimum shadowing experience of at least one day with an anesthesia provider prior to application.
