Job Description

Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its expanding anesthesia team. This is a high-autonomy role with beeper call, exceptional work-life balance, optional extra shifts, and up to $100,000 in sign-on or student loan assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases.
• Take 24-hour beeper call with a 20-minute response requirement.
• Collaborate with surgeons, care teams, and Marshfield Clinic staff.
• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care independently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary with additional $200/hr for extra shifts.
• 24-hour beeper call at $34/hr, approx. 1:5 call rotation.
• Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance or sign-on bonus.
• 9 weeks of total time off (vacation, CME, holidays included).
• Annual CME allowance.

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and Wisconsin eligibility.
• Ability to meet 20-minute call response time.
• Comfort working independently in a full-service medical center.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time role with 1,720 annual hours.
• 24-hour beeper call with designated call room available.
• Opportunity to pick up additional compensated shifts.
• Every fifth night FIRST call.
