Job Description
McLaren Flint is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their hospital-based team. This role offers a strong case mix, a competitive salary package, and opportunities to specialize in cardiac anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases (excluding pediatrics)
- Participate in a rotating call schedule (1 weeknight call from home per month and 1 weekend shift per month)
- Collaborate with the anesthesia care team in a 24-hour in-house coverage model
- Option to join the hospital’s heart team
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $230,000 – $260,000
- W-2 employment with benefits package

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Michigan CRNA license
- Commitment to delivering safe and effective anesthesia care
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time hospital-based position
- One weeknight call per month (from home)
- One weekend shift per month
- 24-hour CRNA in-house support
- No pediatrics
