Job Description

McLaren Flint is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their hospital-based team. This role offers a strong case mix, a competitive salary package, and opportunities to specialize in cardiac anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases (excluding pediatrics)
  • Participate in a rotating call schedule (1 weeknight call from home per month and 1 weekend shift per month)
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia care team in a 24-hour in-house coverage model
  • Option to join the hospital’s heart team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $230,000 – $260,000
  • W-2 employment with benefits package
  • Opportunities for specialization in cardiac anesthesia

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Michigan CRNA license
  • Commitment to delivering safe and effective anesthesia care

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time hospital-based position
  • One weeknight call per month (from home)
  • One weekend shift per month
  • 24-hour CRNA in-house support
  • No pediatrics
