Job Description

Med Center Health in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a large, well-established anesthesia group. This hospital-employed position features a highly autonomous MD consult model, competitive starting compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for additional income. The team includes 30+ CRNAs and 2 anesthesiologists covering 18 ORs and a hybrid room, with strong pharmacy support and approximately 13,000 surgeries performed annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in an autonomous MD consult model
• Deliver full-scope anesthesia care across 18 ORs and a hybrid room
• Perform preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia and patient monitoring
• Participate in call twice per month
• Optional additional shifts available for extra compensation

• $240,250 starting compensation

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active or eligible CRNA licensure
• NBCRNA certification or eligibility
• Comfort working independently in an autonomous practice model

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital-employed position
• Scheduled shifts with twice-monthly call
• SECOND call frequency varies
• Team includes 30+ CRNAs and 2 anesthesiologists
• High-volume environment with 13,000 surgeries annually
• Strong pharmacy support
