Job Description
360 Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA for a part-time rotational opportunity at Mimbres Memorial Hospital in Deming, New Mexico. This position follows a desirable 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule and offers a mix of OR and OB responsibilities in a low-volume, community hospital setting. It is an excellent fit for experienced CRNAs who enjoy broad scope practice, autonomy, and extended time off between rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia coverage for general surgery, orthopedics, and OB cases
- Perform regional anesthesia including spinals and epidurals
- Cover both the operating room and OB service line during assigned rotation
- Participate in call coverage with manageable callback volume
Compensation & Benefits

Job Requirements
- Active CRNA certification
- Comfort with independent practice in a rural hospital environment
- Experience with spinal and epidural anesthesia required
- Ability to manage a broad bread-and-butter caseload
Schedule & Work Environment
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule
- 25-bed community hospital
- Call back approximately 1–2 times per week
- Monthly caseload of approximately 105–115 cases with ~15 OB cases per month
