Job Description

Exceptional full-time CRNA opportunity located just one hour southwest of Kansas City in Miami, Missouri. This position offers a strong $280,000 annual salary, a sign-on bonus, and a CRNA-only practice environment providing full autonomy across a wide range of cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care independently in a CRNA-only model
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and execute care plans
  • Manage intraoperative anesthesia for diverse case types
  • Deliver safe postoperative care and patient monitoring
  • Participate in call rotation as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

  • $280,000 annual salary
  • Sign-on bonus included

  • Stable full-time W-2 employment

Job Requirements

  • Current CRNA licensure (or eligibility)
  • Ability to work independently in a CRNA-only model
  • Competence across a variety of case types

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position
  • Peel-out shifts + call
  • First call every 7th day
  • First call every 7th weekend
  • Independent CRNA-only setting
