Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems (MCHHS) is seeking a part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its experienced anesthesia team in Beloit, Kansas. Position Highlights

• Unique schedule: work 2 weeks on and enjoy 4 weeks off
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Autonomous CRNA practice
• Shared call rotation approximately every 5–7 weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $100,000–$160,000 annually
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Hospital Employment: Negotiable

Schedule & Practice

• Part-time position
• Two weeks on, four weeks off rotation
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM workday
• Shared first-call rotation approximately every 5–7 weeks
• No routine second call
• Typically staffed with two CRNAs each day

CRNAs provide anesthesia for a broad range of procedures including ophthalmology, orthopedics, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, endoscopy, CT myelograms, MRI shoulder arthrograms, and MRI conscious sedation. The practice is based in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital featuring three oversized operating rooms, nine pre-operative bays, an endoscopy suite, and advanced robotic surgical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CRNA licensure or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• New graduates welcome
